While a solid layer of WET-JET®, SILVERLEAF or WHITE-STAR cannot be penetrated by water under 40 pounds of hydraulic pressure, nevertheless, if there is a break in the roof mat, or around seams, flashings, copings - roof movement will eventually rupture through the coating from the underside.
